dois anos, a pequena história de um desprezável tu, tu e só tu.
"Levantas-te.
Acordas mal, dói-te a cabeça, mas não te importas pois é o teu grande dia. Mas
porquê começar pelo final? Voltemos mais atrás, antes de ganhares aquela rifa
sem graça, antes de adoeceres naquela tarde fria de primavera, antes de descobrires
que o teu pai se suicidou debaixo do comboio em frente ao hospício onde a tua
avó está internada. Voltemos ao aniversário da tua mãe. Coitada, nem sabe a que
velocidade é que os dias passam quanto mais a data de nascimento. Por vezes
ainda te olha estranha, de lado, desconfiada. Mas lá disfarça, e se não se
apercebe quem tu és, sorri-te e engana-te, ou então tu é que te deixas enganar.
Voltemos a esse dia, antes da funcionária derramar o chá por cima do sofá sujo
e de reparares que o relógio da entrada estava parado, sem corda. Só um pouco
mais atrás, faz um esforço. Tu sabes que te lembras. Aquele jardim, seco,
aterrorizado pelo silêncio de uma madrugada velha, cansada; e aquela porta
doirada, que reluzia o sol mesmo no teu olhar, triste olhar de andorinha
cansada. A casa da tua tia longínqua, que vivia dois quarteirões a norte da
tua, onde moras com a tua madrasta e o teu meio-irmão mais velho. Sim,
