I can't regret.

At this point of my life I can't regret my decisions. I can't regret that decision. Regretting would mean losing everything, everything I built to stand me straight, everything that is supporting and lifting me everyday, pulling me out of bed every morning. And I can’t regret that.

Regretting would mean that I’d had to stop, I’d had to think, and we all know that’s a habit I can’t go back to: “thinking”. Regret would mean that I would have to go back to the start, as if everything I’ve worked for so far meant nothing. I would leave all this out in the trash for nothing. For the hope of a bright future that I’m afraid I’m not able to reach that way.

I’m not giving up on my hopes. I’m definitely not giving up on my dreams. I’m just taking them with me secretly in my pocket for when the time comes. A better opportunity.

That’s why I said that it hurt. And it still hurts knowing that I’m a disappointment for you, for her, for a lot of people that I truly care. It hurts me that you don’t understand, that you don’t try to understand what this is all about. Because I thought you did.

And for her

You can’t just stop talking to me or tell me how much of a disappointment I am, or idiot, or coward, or child, because of all of the past you ever had, I’m one of the few that are left. One of the few that still tries to see the good old you.

You know they ask me why do I still talk to you, after all that happened.

I’m going out of reasons.
